Hearts & Minds
An assessment of the barriers to rewilding in Scotland
#BuildingBridges
The practical idea of rewilding is a simple one, but the social and cultural landscapes it must navigate are complex.
Rewilding is seen by many as a transformational approach to addressing the dual crises of climate breakdown and global nature loss. But as rewilding has grown in popularity, some people still have concerns about the change that it could bring about. Hearts & Minds is our new report that seeks to understand different reactions to rewilding and consider how these might be holding back the restoration of our living systems.
Pay what you feel it's worth
We want as many people as possible to be able to access Hearts & Minds. It is available free of charge in digital format but for hard copies, we ask you to pay us what you feel it’s worth. That might be £5, £10, or £30 - you decide. We know you will appreciate that books are hugely expensive to produce and whatever you are able to pay will help us make more rewilding happen.
